Updated 17th of February, 12:05PM:

An issue was reported this morning by multiple customers, indicating jobs were not creating or downloading to devices.

As of 9am this morning we had identified the problem and a resolution was in place.

We are investigating why our extensive monitoring did not highlight a problem with the system as is normally the case, however we have tested to ensure that notifications are now being received by the team.

There remains a backlog of jobs in the system, which will likely take the next few hours to clear.

Apologies for the inconvenience to your operations today as a result of this issue.There are no reported issues in Whitespace Mobile.
