How to create an account
In order to use the Service Desk, you need to create an account. Please follow the steps below:
- Go to https://whitespacews.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
- Click "Sign up for an account" on the right hand side of the page
- Enter your work email address
- Choose a password
- Write your full name in the text field
- Click "Sign up"
Congratulations! Your account is now created and you will be redirected to your account page where you can view your support tickets.
How to raise a support ticket
There are two ways of raising support tickets - by using our support portal or by emailing one of our support emails.
How to raise a ticket via the support portal
To raise a ticket using our support portal, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your Service Desk account at https://whitespacews.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
- Choose the product you require support for by clicking on the link
- Choose the support topic
- Enter a summary and a description of your problem
- Click "Create"
Your ticket is now created and you will soon receive your details via email. You will be provided with notifications about the progress of your ticket as well.
How to raise a ticket via email
To raise a ticket via email, please send an email to support@allonmobile.com or support@whitespacews.com with your query and a ticket will be generated for you automatically.
Once you submit your query, you will receive your ticket details via email. You will be provided with notifications about the progress of your ticket as well.
