What has changed in version 3.1.4?

Version 3.1.4 introduces Three different roles that a user can be assigned to, this document aims to explain the differences between each of the available roles and the Migration process for existing user accounts.

User TypeMigration
An existing user that previously had access to the All On Mobile Bridge

Their account will display the "Migration Needed" message until this user signs into the All On Mobile Bridge, This user will then be assigned the Administrator Role once they have signed in.

You can check how many of your accounts have been Migrated by checking the Top of the Users page of the All On Mobile Bridge:


An existing user that previously only had access to the All On Mobile Application

Their account will display the "Migration Needed" message until this users password has been changed, This user will then be assigned the App Role once they have updated their password.

This user has access to all of the features of the All On Mobile Bridge and the All On Mobile Application

The Bridge user has access to all of the features of the All On Mobile Application and Limited Features of the All On Mobile Bridge:

  • Create new jobs either from scratch or based on a template
  • Import a new set of jobs
  • Unlock or lock user accounts
  • Update only their password; limited access has been given when editing their account



This user has access to all of the features of the All On Mobile Application but no access to the All On Mobile Bridge.
