What's New in All On Mobile v3.1.4?

Mobile Device Application

Bridge

  • A setting has been added for "Downloading databases over 3G/4G" which allows users to download offline databases over 3G/4G mobile connection

  • Cancelling the downloading of Offline Databases
  • Added user roles into the Bridge.
    • Administrators have full and unrestricted access to all features of the Bridge
      • Bridge users have limited access to features of the Bridge; they can:
      • Create new jobs either from scratch or based on a template
      • Import a new set of jobs
      • Unlock or lock user accounts
      • Update only their password; limited access has been given when editing their account
    • App only users only have access to the mobile app of All On Mobile
  • Added search functionality to the following pages:
    • Templates; search for templates containing a specific title
    • Users; search for individual users by their username
    • Applications; search for an application by its title
    • Rules; search for rules by their title
    • Document Store; search for documents using their name
    • Database Management; search for database by their title

What's Changed in All On Mobile v3.1.4?

AndroidBridge
  • Failed Jobs and pending Jobs (awaiting to be submitted) are no longer editable
  • Images received from the mobile app are now correctly stored instead of being converted to PNG
  • User accounts will automatically migrate on login to the new All On Mobile authentication service
  • Refined the list of documents available to "Generate PDF" action; now only shows available Excel documents instead of all documents
  • The list of all applications available within the company are now shown as a single list instead of two separate lists
  • Moved the button that allowed users to download a CSV copy of a template is now only available on the "Import" page
  • The export functionality which allows users to download a list of available fields for a template has been moved to the "Templates" page next to the relevant template
  • Pagination on all pages has now been placed on the bottom right of all searchable pages
  • Records per page has been placed on the top right of all searchable pages
  • Offline databases are now company wide instead of being application only
  • Usernames have now been restricted to only allow set characters (these are: a-z, 0-9, _, - and .). Those whose Username do not match this criteria, will be contacted in due course.

What's Fixed in All On Mobile v3.1.4?

  • Jobs should get deleted after 7 days in sent jobs screen
  • Fixed an issue when updating an existing database, the list of allocated users would not render correctly [#164]
  • Fixed an issue where duplicates fields would not correctly highlight within the UI when saving changes to a job
  • Fixed an issue that disables the Bridge UI when uploading an attachment over 2MB
  • Fixed an issue where user's could not save their changes for the "Current Position" field
  • Fixed an issue with the DropDownList field would not pre-select a value when creating a job from a template
