What's New in AllOnMobile v3.1?

What's Changed in AllOnMobile v3.1?

  • Changed the format of date/time fields for interaction with SQLite

  • Removed the Custom Location thumbnail so the jobs and templates are quicker to load

  • Changing your application will now redirect you back to the same page but for the new Application.

  • Defaulted the search to lookup jobs by their Title when the page loads

  • Additional information is outputted into error messages when errors are displayed on the Bridge

  • Amended the wording for buttons so that they are consistent across on multiple pages when creating, deleting and updating singular or multiple entities

  • Removed thumbnail images of maps when displaying geo-coordinates to cut page loading times

  • Changed the heading text shown on the Rules page just above the Create Rule buttons so it is clearer and easier to understand

  • App customisation's that are already in use are now hidden from the "Create" and "Select a Customisation" drop down list

  • Disabled the 'Change application' button by default, the user must select an application before the button is enabled

  • Dates and Times are displayed in the browser's "Local" time
  • Additional "Default Time Zone" setting added to Company Settings page where a Time Zone to be used can be specified for anything that will go through the Rules Engine.
  • Validation when copying a Template or Rule to another Application.
    • Only one Application can be selected
    • Option to copy Template/Rule not available if user has access to only 1 application.
  • Additional "Date Modified" column added to the Templates page.

If you have templates/jobs which use SQLite to calculate date/times or to set visibility based on time/date please do not upgrade to All On Mobile v3.1 until you have changed your SQLite statements to use the new time/date numeric format. If you upgrade without updating the SQLite statements your Jobs will not work.

Mobile Device Application

    • Android changed - read only field content colour has been changed from Grey to Black, to match the iOS/Apple app.

All On Mobile Bridge

  • Photos stretch and zoom when saved.
  • Mandatory Freehand Drawing Field States it is empty when you submit even though the field has been edited.
  • SQLite result should display all the multiple SQL query results together, but only shows result of 1 SQL query at the moment.
  • ${aomquery-3} shown instead of result of SQL.
  • Signature field layout is missing.
  • Validation not working as intended sometimes.
  • When user views or takes a picture / bar code, the focus of the job returns to the top of the screen.
  • SQLite does not work when SELECT statement is not in capital letters.

  • New Job notification banner overlaps with the Map view icon.
